What it keeps
- Net worth over time
- Cash, stocks, crypto, gold and real estate on one chart, grouped as liquid, investments and hard assets. Market prices are fetched anonymously; your totals are worked out on the phone.
- A ledger you talk to
- Type or say “đổ xăng 1tr2” or “dinner 240”. On-device AI turns it into a draft with the amount, category and car filled in. Nothing is saved until you confirm it.
- Your garage
- Service intervals, inspections, insurance renewals, fuel and mileage for each car. Depreciation flows into your net worth, and mileage exports as an IRS-style PDF log.
- Income that arrives on its own
- Rent, dividends and interest, tracked against what you expect each month, so you know how much came in without you lifting a finger.
- Your household, without your balance sheet
- Drivers and assistants log fuel, groceries and repairs from their own phones. Their entries reach you; your assets never reach them, because their phones never receive the key.
How privacy works
Every entry follows the same path. At no point does it pass through a server we run.

You unlock with Face ID
Your phone’s secure chip releases the vault key only after a live Face ID or fingerprint match.

It’s encrypted on the phone
AES-256 encryption is applied before anything is written or uploaded.

It’s stored in your cloud
A hidden app folder in your own Google Drive or OneDrive. The provider holds only ciphertext.

Your other devices decrypt it
Your iPad or new phone reads it with the same key, again only after your biometrics.
What we don’t have
- An account with your name. There is no sign-up and no email address to give.
- A server with your data. There is nothing of yours for us to lose, sell or hand over.
- Analytics or trackers. Not in the app, and not on this page: it loads nothing from anyone else and sets no cookies.
- Cloud AI reading your entries. Speech and text are understood by your phone’s own on-device models.
If you lose your phone
When you set up PrivoVault, you print a one-page Emergency Kit with 12 recovery words. With the kit and your cloud account, you can restore everything on any new iPhone or Android phone. Without it, nobody can open your vault — including us.

Can I use PrivoVault today?
Not yet. It launches soon on the App Store and Google Play; the links above will open the listings once they are live.
Does it connect to my bank?
No. Linking accounts means sharing credentials with an aggregator. You add holdings once and log movements by typing, speaking or tapping a suggestion.
Which clouds does it work with?
Google Drive and OneDrive. PrivoVault can only see its own hidden app folder, not your other files.
Can my staff see my net worth?
No. Staff phones hold a separate household key for expenses and vehicle logs. The key for your assets never leaves your own devices.
What happens if two phones edit the same entry offline?
The most recent edit is kept automatically, and the other version is saved on your phone so you can restore it if needed.
